The latest food hall on the Las Vegas Strip is shaping up to be a veritable cool kids’ table of celebrity chef quick-service restaurants. New York chef Esther Choi will debut a new location of her New York restaurant, Mokbar at the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace this fall — setting up a kitchen next to Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy!

Still hot off her run on Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, Choi will bring a menu of Korean food to her Las Vegas restaurant. Expect pan-fried dumplings, buns, fried chicken, ramen, and rice bowls. Bulgogi bowls will feature thinly sliced ribeye marinated in Korean barbecue sauce with sauteed carrots, onions, kimchi, and a poached egg. The salmon avocado bowl incorporates seared, marinated salmon alongside avocado, crispy tofu, mixed greens, cucumber, pickled daikon, and ginger scallion dressing.

Mokbar will also offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including its signature iced teas, sparkling soju cocktails, and beer.

Choi’s restaurant takes over the space that had been Tiger Wok & Ramen’s as Caesars swaps out its generic food court vendors to make way for a celebrity-populated food hall. While food halls are the latest trend in Las Vegas, Caesars is not touching its popular Bacchanal buffet. The buffet and food hall coexist on opposite ends of the casino floor. Mokbar will also join Buddy V’s Pizzeria by Buddy Valastro, which is replacing DiFara Pizza, and Tortazo by Rick Bayless, both opening later this year.
