You are lucky you are at least able to find restaurants with menus with pricing! The new trend is to post menus without them. Golden Nugget was the leader in this, a couple of years ago. Recently (what took them so long) it appears that many/most of the Caesars Resorts restaurants no longer post menus with prices.

And I don’t buy the, “we do this because it is too hard to update the menu pdfs on the website”. It’s a trivial to update files like these. It’s all about trying to remove price from travelers decisions. If enough people fought back by calling the restaurants and asked them to read off prices of items of interest, it might change their tune. 😉
