The Signature at MGM Grand consists of three apartment style towers located behind MGM Grand, next to the Topgolf entertainment venue. The hotel positions itself as a relaxing option for travelers that would like a respite from the hustle and bustle of the larger hotels on the Strip, while remaining within walking distance of the action. Tower 1 is closest to the MGM Grand and features a Starbucks and a cocktail lounge. One thing we love is that, in addition to having full access to all MGM amenities, all the towers have their own private pool areas. Whilst guests at The Signature do have access to the MGM’s Grand Pool Complex, if you are looking for a little rest and relaxation these private pools may be just the thing you are looking for.

The Signature opened in 2006, so décor is fairly traditional. Some may find the furnishings a little dated, but overall the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. We think one of the biggest plusses is the availability of balcony rooms. It’s hard to beat sitting on your own private balcony, while taking in the views. Needless to say, if you are considering a stay at the Signature we think the upgrade to a balcony suite is money well spent. Here’s a quick look at a typical one bedroom balcony suite.

Living Area

The one bedroom suite is approximately 950 square feet and features a separate living area and small kitchen. The living room features a queen sized sofa bed and 42″ flat screen TV.

Overall

The one bed balcony suite is an affordable option for travelers looking for a little extra space and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Balconies are a huge plus, as are the private pool areas. The 10-15 minute walk to the Strip will not be for everyone, especially in the heat of Summer. Pricing varies from approximately $90-$240/night (plus fees) depending on the day of the week and how busy the hotel is.
