Normally, Vegas is very busy for any Super Bowl, let alone one that they host. For grins, I checked my calendar for this weekend just now. I show comped rooms availability at every CET hotel (except NOBU). I thought that it would show no rooms available or perhaps at a ridiculous rate.

Now, I’m not going to Vegas at the last minute. Still, while I like to think that I’m a fairly solid player, I am very far from being a whale or even a premium player. So, I wonder if maybe they are not getting the crowds they expected for this event.
