Afterlife Tea and Boba Room
The only vegan boba spot in Las Vegas, Afterlife lets you sip your teas knowing there’s no sneaky dairy tucked into anything. The woman-owned vegan cafe features milk tea, bubble tea, coffee, smoothies and more.
Basil Vegan Thai & Sushi
Owned by the same team as Daikon, this vegan Thai and sushi restaurant in Las Vegas opened recently. It offers up your Thai favorites, plus creative sushi in Henderson.
Black Out (Dining in the Dark)
Dine in pitch black darkness at Black Out (Dining in the Dark), Las Vegas’ only dining in the dark experience. Phones, watches and anything else that can emit light are stashed in lockers and your guided via server with night vision goggles to your seat. Choose from three flavor profiles (sweet, spicy, savory) and then let your other four senses take over. Lunch is four courses, dinner is six … and every single dish is plant-based. But, shhhh. They don’t promote that it’s vegan until after the meal when guests can see the menu.
Chef Kenny’s Vegan Asian Dim Sum
Opened in June 2021, Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum offers a a full menu of veganized dim sum, plus staples from his now-closed Chef Kenny’s Asian Vegan Restaurant. Chef Kenny Chye is basically a celebrity in the Las Vegas vegan world.
Cinnaholic
Popular plant-based cinnamon buns, savory eats and more. Multiple Vegas locations.
Crossroads Kitchen
Celeb chef Tal Ronnen brings his upscale vegan concept, Crossroads Kitchen, to Resorts World Las Vegas. It’s the city’s first vegan fine dining establishment. Open for an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet on Sundays and dinner every night, the popular Mediterranean restaurant is the only vegan restaurant on The Strip open for dinner.
Daikon Vegan Sushi & More
Daikon Vegan Sushi & More is located just outside Summerlin and is an Asian fusion spot. They serve vegan sushi rolls, main courses like tonkatsu, and dessert. They also have fresh juices and smoothies.
Down to Earth Plant-Based
This spot in Town Square serves up pizza, sandwiches and much more. While technically they share a space with a non-vegan spot, their menu is entirely vegan and entirely fantastic. It’s a locals favorite for a reason.
Garden Grill
Festival and farmers market favorite Garden Grill opened its brick and mortar location summer 2019. If they’re offering the Thrillist, a donut filled with breaded chicken and topped with bacon and cheese — get it. The restaurant offers fast food fare like fried chicken sandwiches, tacos and more. They’ve also got vegan soft serve ice cream.
Modern Vegan
The Modern Vegan, located near UNLV, is where tourists go for all the vegan comfort food. Heaping plates of mashed potatoes topped with chicken and waffles live here and the extensive menus cover breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus desserts and drinks.
Plant Power Fast Food
Plant Power Fast Food makes its debut outside of California. Located in Northwest Las Vegas, Plant Power Fast Food serves up veganized versions of popular fast food dishes. It’s also an eco-friendly restaurant with initiatives in place to make it a sustainable restaurant.
Smash Me Baby
All-vegan burger ghost kitchen that opened Feb. 2022. Serving burgers, nuggets, tacos and more.
Tacotarian
This neighborhood taco shop is so much more than that. With a menu created by Executive Chef John Simmons of Firefly and Tacos + Beer, Tacotarian serves up a dozen tacos, plus Mexican staples like enchiladas, and then some funky twists like Taki Elotes (Taki covered elote). Plus, they’ve got booze and one of the best vegan brunches in town weekends from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. They have five locations — southwest Las Vegas, Blue Diamond, Henderson, The Strip at Miracle Mile and the Arts District. They also have a location in San Diego, so if you’re looking for vegan food there, Tacotarian is a sure bet. If you crave Tacotarian at home, the brand launched shelf-stable plant-based meats you can find online.
Tarantino’s Vegan
This all-vegan Italian restaurant in Las Vegas is pure Italian heaven. They serve all your Italian faves like pasta, apps, pizzas, entrees, desserts and organic wines.
VeggiEat
VeggiEat Xpress serves Asian favorites from Chinese dishes like General Tsos to pho to Vietnamese sandwiches and even sushi. VeggieEat Xpress has a large menu featuring both mock meats and veggies.
