X Rocks is an adult revue with a rock-and-roll twist, held at the Imagine Showroom inside Horseshoe Las Vegas. During the pandemic, the show took a break, but it returned to the Vegas revue scene at Horseshoe in October 2024.

We know you’re looking for the best seat in the venue, but before we get started, let you know that the venue is small and intimate.

This means there really aren’t any bad seats in the house, but some spots offer better views and a more comfortable experience than others. Whether you’re buying General Admission or splurging on VIP or Rock Star seating, this guide breaks down how the room is set up and which seats offer the best value.

One more thing, if you decide to book tickets using the links in this article (like this one) or on our website, you’ll receive a 25% discount.

X Rocks Inside The Imagine Showroom

As we mentioned, X Rocks takes place inside the Imagine Showroom at Horseshoe Las Vegas. The venue has a capacity of around 200 seats, and the room is designed for close-up experiences. As there are only 200 seats, every seat is within comfortable viewing distance of the stage.

The layout is simple. Here’s what it looks like:

The front half of the room features Rock Star and VIP seating on elevated platforms, while General Admission fills in the remaining space behind.

The stage is low and wide, and the performers regularly move through the aisles, which adds to the immersive feel regardless of where you sit.

After the 25% discount, here’s what you can expect to pay for your tickets:

  • $43.76 in GA
  • $53 in VIP
  • $72.46 in Rockstar
  • $101.94 in Icon

Where To Sit For The Best View?

You’d think the closer you are to the stage, the better the view, right?

That’s usually the case, but X Rocks is a bit different.

Icon seating, surprisingly, is located at the very back of the venue. But it’s elevated, sofa-style, and limited to just eight tickets per show. The raised platform gives you a clear, unobstructed view of the stage, and you’ll have a lot more personal space too. At $101.94, it’s the most expensive option, but whether it’s worth the price depends on what kind of experience you’re after.

Rockstar seating, positioned right at the front of the stage, comes in about $30 cheaper and puts you closer to the performers. Some would argue that it offers a better view, as you’re essentially right next to the action.

As we say in all our seating guides, the best view depends on what you’re looking for. If you want elevation, comfort, and some personal space, go for Icon.

If you’re more interested in an up-close experience or just want to enjoy the show without spending as much, front-row seats in the VIP section (around $53) can give you a similar view to Rockstar at a lower price point.

What About Seats With The Best Value?

Similar to what we just covered in the previous section, value means different things to different people. Value depends on how much you care about view, comfort, and price.

VIP Seating offers the best balance overall. Priced around $53, these seats are on a raised platform behind Rockstar, giving you a solid view of the stage without paying Rockstar or Icon prices.

If you grab seats toward the front of this section, you’ll be just a few rows back from the performers. You’ll be close enough to feel immersed, with better elevation than General Admission.

Rockstar Seating gives you the premium experience for about $30 less than Icon. You’re right at the front, and while the chairs aren’t as plush as Icon, you’re paying for proximity. If you’re celebrating something or just want the most memorable version of the show, Rockstar is worth the splurge.

General Admission is the lowest-priced option, but the value depends on how early you arrive. These seats are first-come, first-served, and the ones in the center fill up quickly.

If you end up on the sides or behind a taller guest, your view may be limited. However, if you’re visiting Vegas on a budget, looking for a great night out, and you don’t mind showing up early to secure a decent spot, then General admission can provide excellent value.

Any Seats To Avoid?

Following up from the previous section, you’ll want to avoid General Admission seats that are on the far side. You will face limited sightlines, especially if there’s a tall person in front of you. You’ll also want to avoid the rear of the General Admission section as the rows arent’ elevated and might feel flat compared to other sections in the venue.

As we’ve already mentioned, if you’re opting for General Admission, please arrive early to secure a good view.
