LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The wife of “Ghost Adventures” star Aaron Goodwin agreed to plead guilty to conspiring to murder her husband as part of a plea deal and could face up to 10 years in prison, documents show.

Victoria Goodwin, 32, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, according to documents filed on Monday.

Authorities arrested Goodwin in March after uncovering her communication with Grant Amato, an inmate serving time for murder in a Florida prison. According to police, their messages detailed “planning a murder for hire plot” against Aaron Goodwin.

The messages also talked about how much the inmate and Victoria Goodwin were “in love” and her husband “would not accept divorce,” police said.

“How did I get to this point? Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce,” Goodwin reportedly said in messages, according to police.

Goodwin originally faced charges of conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder. The plea deal Goodwin accepted will drop the solicitation charge.

The conspiracy to commit murder charge calls for a prison sentence of at least two years with a maximum of 10. Goodwin’s arraignment hearing, where she is expected to enter her plea, was set for April 22.
