LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada State Police are investigating a deadly crash south of Las Vegas that has closed northbound U.S. 95 Friday morning.
According to troopers, the crash was reported just before 1 a.m. at mile marker 35, just north of Searchlight, about 60 miles south of Las Vegas. The crash involved a single vehicle that rolled over. One woman was confirmed dead at the scene.
To avoid the closure, northbound motorists can detour by taking State Route 164 to Nipton Road.
