Construction issues have temporarily closed Sweet Coco

Construction Issues – Sweetcoco Faces Temporary Closure

A wave of disappointment washes over the newly opened Sweetcoco announced a temporary closure. Just after its grand opening, the shop encountered an unforeseen construction issue and posted this on their door:.

“We are currently experiencing an unfortunate contacting construction issue within our facility in the midst of our recent grand opening,” reads a notice posted on Sweetcoco’s door. “We anticipate that this problem may take a few weeks to repair.”

This Week in Chinatown shares the sadness of the Sweetcoco team. They were eager to establish themselves as a haven for delightful Vietnamese desserts, freshly baked French bread, and aromatic Vietnamese coffee.

But fear not, sugar fiends! While Sweetcoco tackles repairs, you can still indulge in their delicious treats and beverages at their sister business location, Saigon Baguette, just up the street.

“We encourage all of our potential customers to visit and enjoy treats and drinks we offer,” continues the notice. “Mention that you saw this notice and receive a discount for your support and faith in us.”

Sweetcoco assures everyone they are working diligently to resolve the construction issue and reopen their doors as soon as possible. This Week in Chinatown will keep you updated on their anticipated reopening date.

In the meantime, head over to Saigon Baguette, mention you saw the Sweetcoco notice, and enjoy a taste of their delectable offerings while Sweetcoco gets back on its feet! We all wish them a speedy recovery from this temporary closure.

This week in Chinatown, anticipation is simmering as two exciting restaurants inch closer to their grand openings

A Different Beast Poised to Pounce:

Get ready for a unique culinary experience at A Different Beast, which could be opening its doors any day now! This establishment has everything in place to begin serving hungry patrons, but they’ve made a commendable decision to wait until their wine, beer, and liquor license is finalized. Kudos to their team for prioritizing a complete and perfect opening experience for their guests!

Xiao Dumpling House: Patience Rewarded:

Dumpling lovers rejoice! After facing over a year of delays due to necessary building code updates, Xiao Dumpling House is finally nearing its debut. While an exact date remains elusive, the wait is almost over, and soon you’ll be able to enjoy their delicious dumplings.

Stay tuned for further updates on the official opening dates for both A Different Beast and Xiao Dumpling House! We can’t wait to welcome these new additions to the vibrant Chinatown dining scene!
