Next door from the Shanghai Plaza, at the Arville Square Plaza, rumor has it that a beloved favorite on Spring Mountain Road, Kapuso Kapamilya Karaoke Bar, might be transforming! Hints suggest a potential shift to a Vietnamese-themed karaoke bar called L’Amour.

While nothing is confirmed yet, the signage out front seems to be fueling the speculation. We’ll be sure to do a deep dive next week to uncover the truth!

Stay tuned to find out if Kapuso Kapamilya will continue its legacy or if Vietnamese-style Karaoke named L’Amoir will be the new star on the karaoke scene. We’ll bring you all the details next week!

Remember our sizzling news about Shin-Sen-Gumi Yakitori taking over the former Kyara Ramen space? Well, we’ve got a slight update regarding their grand opening.

Our sources tell us that Shin-Sen-Gumi Yakitori is facing some delays, pushing their opening back a few months. While we don’t have a confirmed date yet, trust us, the wait will be worth it!

Shin-Sen-Gumi Yakitori is known for its high-energy atmosphere and mouthwatering yakitori (grilled skewers) – a true Las Vegas favorite. We can’t wait for them to bring their deliciousness and sizzling skewers to Chinatown!

In the meantime, stay tuned for updates on the opening date. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we have more information.

Cone Countdown: Good news for drivers—the long-standing cone at the Chinatown Cone Report for the Spring Mountain / Decatur road construction is nearing its final days! After over two years, its removal is just a few weeks away. While construction continues steadily, we’ll keep you updated on the revitalization progress.
