Egghead by Tao Hospitality at the Proper Eats food hall serves up New York City–style breakfast sandwiches to convention-goers and early risers at the Aria. The Midtown sandwich gets a fried egg, crispy bacon, American cheese, sliced tomato, and spicy aioli while the Greenwich Village comes loaded with scrambled egg whites, kale, sunflower seeds, avocado, caramelized onions, tomato, and American cheese.
