LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Bar and Restaurant Expo takes place this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The conference examines the latest food and beverage trends and industry business practices. Specifically tailored to address the hospitality industry’s unique challenges, it offers those in that field a chance at practical solutions and innovative ideas to unlock untapped revenue streams.

One of the vendors on display at the Expo is Aphrodise, a champagne company whose website describes its offering as “a beautiful bubbly that is at the same time dynamic, balanced, and luxurious.” Frank Shilling, the champagne’s creator, is sampling the beverage at the Bar and Restaurant Expo.

“It’s really something special,” Shilling said of Aphrodise. “It’s something you can drink in the heat, you can drink it in the sun, you can day drink it.”

Aphrodise is just one of the vendors at the Expo, which will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Monday, March 18, through Wednesday, March 20.
