I am ThatGuy, and I will be taking ThatGal + our friend Em to Fabulous Las Vegas this week!

I am starting this report a few days early for a few reasons:
- I have access to my desktop now. I do not know if I will actually breakout my laptop to post on this trip, and I don’t think I will write a lot on my phone.
- We have to drop ThatKid & ThatDog off at my mom’s house and we may swing by Caesars Virginia or a MD casino before our flight to Vegas.
- I am just too excited to wait, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this trip for weeks.
So, MY WIFE loves Backstreet Boys. She also loves Vegas. We made our first trip together last year for a Capitals game. She had a blast, and cannot wait for this trip. We are both Diamond + this trip, so there is $200 for dinner waiting for us, plus the diamond drinks each day. This will help our group out as Em may not gamble as much as us. We will see.
Itinerary:
- 1st day VIP Cabana! ThatGal loves hanging poolside, and we will be in town Thursday morning EARLY through Sunday. She deserves a pool day.
- 2nd day birthday concert! The girls will get to see Backstreet Boys in the Sphere! I am excited to see the venue for the first time from the interior, and they are yelling at me to wear all white + screaming like we are in high school again (I think these are good things)
- CRAPS! I will play. I will win (hopefully)
- SOLTS! ThatGal will play. ThatGal will breakeven (she usually does)
- Video Poker! Whenever we find ourselves at the bar. Drinks on the House?
- Blackjack! If we find the right table.
- Bagelmania! This is a must for one breakfast. (I stay on EST on trips, I will be first in line). One of my coworkers and I stumbled across this spot during an industry convention. Ever since, I must go at least once during each trip.
- China Poblano! ThatGal wants her salt air margarita + tableside guacamol , and I want my Quesabirria tacos!
- Strip Walking! We wont get as many steps in as other VMB members, but we will cover some ground.
- Fun! No matter what, we will enjoy this trip!!!
I aim to update as often as possible. I am sure this will turn into random responses, pictures without captions, and spurts of details filling in blanks. I aim to wrap everything up in a nice bow at the end. Bear with us, this is our first time (posting a trip report).
