Quick question.. having not been to too many restaurants that would have this kind of thing, and having seen a number of this type of thing existing in Vegas, what is the tipping etiquette for tableside shows? An example of such would be making a flambe style dessert, or putting on a small show of making a drink with liquid nitrogen at your table.. is it expected that a tip be given directly to them at that time, or are they simply a part of the standard service that gets a cut from the final bills tip?
