Quick question.. having not been to too many restaurants that would have this kind of thing, and having seen a number of this type of thing existing in Vegas, what is the tipping etiquette for tableside shows? An example of such would be making a flambe style dessert, or putting on a small show of making a drink with liquid nitrogen at your table.. is it expected that a tip be given directly to them at that time, or are they simply a part of the standard service that gets a cut from the final bills tip?

I would lean toward this being the way most people tip at these types of restaurants, but, you can always try to tip (more to) whoever you want for any service they provide.
