LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — One person is dead following a crash in the southeast Las Vegas valley.
Around 1 p.m., the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a fatal two-vehicle crash on Boulder Highway and Dalhart Street.
Both drivers were taken to a nearby hospital, where one was pronounced dead. The other driver is receiving medical treatment, police said.
Authorities have not yet determined whether impairment was a factor in the crash.
As the investigation continues, Boulder Highway will remain closed between Sahara Avenue and Sandhill Road.
