LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person was struck by an RTC bus and seriously injured Thursday morning, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan police.
The crash was reported just before 5:30 a.m. Police said the bus was traveling westbound on Lake Mead Boulevard when it struck a person who was in the roadway. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital.
Lake Mead Boulevard is closed to traffic at Marion Drive, west of Nellis Boulevard. Police advise drivers to find an alternate route.
