LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — North Las Vegas police are searching for an endangered 37-year-old man with autism last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Herman Clemons, 37, was last seen on Feb. 25 around 12 p.m. near his home in the 1000 block of East Carey Avenue near 5th Street.
Clemons is described as a Black man, 5’8”, 130 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. Police said he suffers from Down syndrome and autism and has the mental acuity of a 2-year-old, making him unable to care for himself.
