LAS VEGAS (KLAS)– Commissioner Tick Segerblom unveiled a brand-new outdoor basketball court and public art project in the southeast Las Vegas valley.
“I take pride in creating a space where the Parkdale Community can play outdoors, forge friendships through friendly competition, and offer a beautiful, inviting area with art that encourages communication and shared experiences,” Commissioner Segerblom remarked.
The basketball court and art project was revealed on Aug. 31 at the Parkdale Recreation Center.
The center features a range of amenities and programs designed to promote community well-being. These include a gymnasium, classrooms, a fitness room, picnic areas, a playground, and a dedicated senior center.
