TCU baseball commit Giovanni Guariglia hit two home runs to help lead Silverado to a 10-5 win at Coronado in a high school baseball game on Monday.
Guariglia finished 2-for-4 with four RBIs for Silverado (8-7-1). The senior also got the win, pitching four shutout innings and allowing one hit with six strikeouts.
BYU commit Hogan Hawkins had three RBIs for the Skyhawks, who are ranked No. 2 in the Review-Journal’s Class 4A baseball rankings.
Silverado plays at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cadence. Coronado (7-7) hosts Liberty at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
