LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Henderson on Saturday.
Around 12:30 p.m., Henderson police responded to a report of a crash in the area of Seven Hills Drive and Vie Meridiana near Sunrise Heights Parkway.
Police said a Cadillac CTS was driving northbound on Seven Hills Drive when for unknown reasons, the driver lost control, drove off of the road and became lodged on landscaping rocks, police said.
The 51-year-old driver was transported to a local hospital with a suspected medical condition where he was later pronounced dead, according to Henderson police.
The northbound lanes of Seven Hills Drive were closed for about two and a half hours.
This marks the 20th traffic-related fatality in HPD’s jurisdiction in 2024.
