Good afternoon, all Cathy here with a fun postcard for you today.

I started out by stamping boys playing with shopping cart on some watercolor paper. I colored it in with copic markers and then colored the background with some distress inks and a water brush. I layered it on black cardstock.

Next, I made the flag/banner pole. I used some washi tape and some pattern paper. I glued a pomp-pomp to the top and added to a 4×6 pattern paper for the postcard.
