LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A motorcyclist was injured after a hit-and-run crash in the central Las Vegas valley.
It happened on Tuesday shortly after 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Palos Verde Street and Twain Avenue near Paradise Road.
Las Vegas Metro police told 8 News Now it had received a report of a crash between a motorcycle and a grey or silver SUV which had fled the scene of the crash.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.
Palo Verde Street and Twain were shut down for an undetermined period, police said.
