LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A Las Vegas Metro police helicopter had to make an unusual stop on a college campus in Henderson Tuesday night.
The helicopter made the landing in the parking lot of the CSN Henderson campus in the 700 block of College Drive shortly after 8 p.m.
A warning light was triggered and following their training and FAA guidelines, the pilots safely landed the helicopter, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
