LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A juvenile was shot and killed in North Las Vegas Friday evening, according to police.
Around 5:05 p.m., police responded to the 2500 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard near Carey Avenue after reports of a shooting. When officers arrived they found a juvenile boy suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.
Despite life-saving measures the boy was pronounced dead at the scene, NLVPD said.
The suspect or suspects involved in the shooting left the area before officers arrived.
