LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A trailer for Investigation Alien, the forthcoming docuseries set to make its debut on Netflix in November, dropped Wednesday morning, marking the first glimpse the public has had at the long-developing project.
8 News Now Chief Investigator George Knapp plays a pivotal role in the series that seeks the truth about non-human intelligence interacting with humans on Earth.
“We need to get beyond that obvious question: are UFOs real to what really matters. Why are they here?” Knapp posits in the trailer. “We can handle it, can’t we?”
In the trailer, Knapp, known by some as a UFO reporter, runs down the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and its use to investigate Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP.) The documentary promises new evidence and witness testimony.
A Netflix description calls Investigation Alien a “paranormal docuseries [where] renowned UFO reporter George Knapp investigates new evidence, interviews an array of experts and meets with emerging witnesses who are finally willing to go on the record.”
Investigation Alien releases on November 8.
