LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A tip from the Henderson Police Department in the investigation of 600 stolen drones led to arrests in northwest Arizona on Monday and the breakup of a stolen property ring, police said.

The Bullhead City Police Department said Friday there have been eight arrests and one man is wanted in the investigation of a stolen property ring. Search warrants were executed at five Arizona locations on Monday, and Henderson police arrested a 44-year-old Eric Guy Loftin of Bullhead City on Thursday in Las Vegas.

The investigation began after the theft of $1.2 million worth of drones on March 4

Loftin was identified as a suspect in the drone thefts and Henderson police investigators found a link to a Bullhead City address.

“Throughout the course of the investigation, multiple stolen items were recovered, including vehicles, motorcycles, trailers and firearms, where Eric and his brother Chad Loftin were residing in the 900 block of Swan Drive in Bullhead City. The investigation uncovered a trafficking stolen property ring, where many others were involved and identified,” according to Bullhead City police.

People arrested during the course of the investigation include:

  • Eric Loftin, currently in custody in the Henderson Detention Center on $58,000 bond. He faces 11 charges, including grand larceny ($100,000+), conspiracy grand larceny, three counts of grand larceny of a motor vehicle (first offense), conspiracy grand larceny of an automobile, two counts of possession/receiving/transfer of a stolen vehicle, drug prossession, drug paraphernalia possession and burglary of a business (first offense).
  • Jeffrey Loftin, 66, is in custody in the Mohave County (Arizona) Jail, booked on charges of possession of stolen property (firearm), trafficking stolen property and misconducting involving weapon (possession of prohibited weapon).
  • Randall Moore, 41, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail facing charges of possession of stolen property (firearm), trafficking stolen property, misconduct involving weapon (prohibited possessor) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Amanda Kerekes, 37, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail facing charges of possession of stolen property (firearm), trafficking stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Michael McIntosh, 48, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Stephanie Williams, 32, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeanna Kreamier, 37, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Anthony Wadley, 42, is in custody in the Mohave County Jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also, Chad Henry Loftin, 41, is wanted by the Bullhead City Police Department for trafficking stolen property and possession of stolen property.

Bullhead City MAGNET detectives in conjunction with Henderson police, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Havasu City Police, Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Arizona Department of Transportation conducted the multi-agency search warrant operation. Two search warrants were executed in Bullhead City, two in Fort Mohave and one in Topock, Arizona.

The investigation is currently ongoing. Bullhead City police continue to work closely with the Henderson Police Department. Some of the drones in this case are still outstanding and anyone with information on their location should contact the Bullhead City Police Department at (928) 763-1999.
