LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Vice President and Democratic nominee for the highest office in the U.S., Kamala Harris, stopped in the Las Vegas valley Thursday, continuing a run of jam-packed days for the candidate leading up until Election Day.

Harris took the stage just after 9 p.m. at the Craig Ranch Amphitheater in North Las Vegas. She was preceded by the band Maná and pop artist Jennifer Lopez. The Vice President made a final pitch to gain votes from those last undecided votes before Tuesday’s Election Day.

“It is time for a new generation of leadership in America and I am ready to offer that as the next President of the United States, Harris said. “Nevada you know me I am not afraid of tough fights.

During the rally, Harris addressed several topics including affordable housing, rental concerns, and eliminating taxes on tips. She also addressed the concerns of home care for the elderly.

“I took care of my mother when she was sick, if you are taking care of an elderly parent, this is personal for me,” she expressed to the crowd of supporters. “My plan will cover the cost of home care for your elder parent under Medicare so that you don’t have to spend down your savings in order to qualify for Medicaid. So seniors can get the help and care they need to stay in their homes and this is just a matter of dignity.”

In Clark County, many people have already voted, with around 300,000 ballots processed as of Wednesday. A total of 307,000 voters have participated in early voting for the election.

The North Las Vegas stop is just the latest for the Vice President in a busy few days. Earlier on Thursday, she was joined by Mexican band Los Tigres Del Norte before heading to Southern Nevada. She is set for dueling rallies with Republican nominee Donald Trump in Wisconsin on Friday. Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Wallz is set to visit Las Vegas on Friday.
