Established by Gérard Sanchez in 1992, and now expanding by franchising, Glaces Moustache opened in the French capitol in 2022 and has since become of of Paris’ top recommendations for artisan Ice Cream.

Born in Saint-Malo, the original focus on Ingredients and Dairy from Brittany still a signature of some fifty flavors, it is inside the friendly shop that guests are invited to first try samples ranging from Tiramisu to Gold-Medal winning “Amour de glace” before making a decision.

Taking a hand-made approach to everything, Pistachio winning out over Lemon Tart by the slimmest of margins, two scoops found the subtle green Ice Cream nutty but not too sweet while Paris Brest tasted like Hazelnut Butter with bits of Choux adding texture.
