Durango Resort will open a new high-limit slot room and parking garage at 5 p.m. today as part of its south property expansion, officials said in a news release.

The high-limit slot room, spanning over 8,000 square feet, features 120 slot machines including 30 titles new to the property.

Games include Dragon Link, Station Casinos’ linked progressive with top payouts ranging from $50,000 to $1 million based on bet range, as well as Arctic Express, Super Hot Flaming Pots and Wolf Run Wild Moon.

The space includes a 16-seat bar offering wine, champagne and cocktails, along with 16 multigame bartop machines.

An outdoor patio with heaters accommodates lounging and cigar smoking. The room features dedicated guest service attendants, a hospitality butler, private restrooms and a high-limit cage. Players can use “MyPay,” a paperless digital system for faster payouts.

The new multilevel parking garage adds nearly 2,000 parking and valet spaces off Maule Avenue. The structure offers free self-parking and complimentary valet with covered access to the casino via elevators and stairs. Parking spaces feature green light indicators showing availability.

The first 100 guests will receive scratch cards with chances to win prizes including dining credits, free play, and parking passes, with a $500 grand prize.

Station Casinos, the property’s owners, have plans for a north expansion beginning in January 2026 that will add 275,000 square feet of gaming, dining and entertainment space.
