LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — LEGO bricks not only appeal to children but also to adults who have found ways to create joy and art by assembling the bricks.

Sean Kenny is an acclaimed artist who uses LEGO bricks to create sculptures, and some of his creations are being featured at the Springs Preserve Brick Planet exhibit. With more than 20 years of experience, his sculptures have been showcased in museums across the globe, blending creativity and conservation storytelling.

The exhibit features more than 30 LEGO sculptures to show diverse ecosystems and animals, including a polar bear and deer family. The exhibit is designed to be fun while revealing scientific facts.

“Sean Kenny is an American artist and obviously just a wonder with Legos. He is really bringing this education through the creativity of our natural world around us, and that’s what the Springs Preserve is all about,” Bronson Mack with Springs Preserve said. “The exhibit not only highlights the beauty of our natural world but also emphasizes the importance of conservation and the interconnectedness of ecosystems.”

The exhibit opens on Saturday, May 17, and runs Thursday-Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., through September 8. More information can be found at this link.
