LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Black Eyed Peas announced the cancellation of their Las Vegas residency “in light of current circumstances,” according to Variety.
The group was scheduled to begin its residency on Feb. 15 at Planet Hollywood’s PH Live.
According to Variety, the Black Eyed Peas addressed their fans in a heartfelt message shared on its Instagram story, saying:
“To our dearest Peabodies. It is with a heavy heart that, in light of current circumstances, our Las Vegas shows will not be moving forward as planned. Ticket providers will issue full refunds automatically. Stay tuned for updates on future performances by following us — we can’t wait to see you again.”
The residency was set to feature 15 performances, spread across February to May.
Ticketmaster has updated its website to confirm that all Black Eyed Peas: 3008 The Vegas Residency performances have been canceled.
“We’ll issue refunds to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase as soon as funds are received from the event organizer,” Ticketmaster stated.
