LA Comedy Club at The STRAT
LA Comedy Club is often mentioned as one of the best comedy clubs in Vegas, and that’s not just us hyping the show up. With multiple awards under its belt, including “Best Comedy Club” from Best of Las Vegas, it has the reputation to back it up.
Shows run nightly, featuring a rotating lineup of touring headliners, rising stars, and local comics. Over the years, the club has given early-stage opportunities to now-famous names like Aziz Ansari and Felipe Esparza.
The action unfolds inside the Dragon Room at The STRAT, an intimate space with just over 150 seats. It’s a relaxed setting where comics get personal, the drinks are flowing, and the laughs hit hard.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club at The LINQ Promenade
Voted “Best Comedy Club” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club brings a mix of big names and handpicked talent straight from Jimmy Kimmel himself. The lineup changes regularly, but you can expect a solid mix of seasoned pros and sharp up-and-comers. July 2025’s headliners include Craig Gass, Orny Adams, Greg Morton, cast members from Cobra Kai.
The club itself sits right on the LINQ Promenade and has a cozy, modern vibe that feels like a mix of Hollywood and Vegas. Shows are punchy, smart, and often feature surprise appearances.
Ticket prices vary based on the night and the act, but generally start at $40.
Comedy Cellar at the Rio
If you’re into comedy shows in general, you’ve probably heard of the Comedy Cellar. They’re a staple of New York, and the Las Vegas location brings that same East Coast energy to the Rio, with a steady rotation of comedians handpicked from the original NYC club.
The format follows the classic showcase style, usually five comics per show, so you get a mix of voices, pacing, and personalities in one night.
Comedy Cellar is a great pick if you’re staying at the Rio or nearby. The venue itself is exactly what a comedy club should feel like. We won’t give you spoilers, but we will say it’s intimate and lives up to its name.

Penn & Teller at the Rio
Next, we’ll stay at the Rio and bring you Penn & Teller. Penn & Teller have been performing together for decades, and their residency at the Rio is one of the longest-running in Vegas (we’ve also featured them in our list of the best shows to watch in the city).
While technically a magic act, the show is filled with laughs. Their signature style blends clever illusions with dry, often sarcastic humor, and they’re not afraid to break the fourth wall to show you how the trick actually works. It’s one of the things people love about the show.
The show is smart, funny, and full of surprises.
If you want something different from traditional stand-ups and comedy clubs but still want to laugh all night, this is the show for you.

Gabriel Iglesias at The Cosmopolitan
Gabriel Iglesias, better known as “Fluffy,” doesn’t perform nightly in Vegas, but when he’s in town, his shows are a guaranteed hit. He’ll be visiting The Cosmopolitan on Friday, September 12th, and Saturday, September 13th, 2025.
Fluffy blends voices, sound effects, and personal anecdotes into a set that’s easy to enjoy with family or friends.
He performs at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan. Compared to the others in the list, this is a larger venue, but it still manages to feel intimate thanks to Gabriel’s connection with the audience.
We recommend grabbing tickets early. Closer to the date, the show will likely sell out, and tickets will be available on resale sites for a premium.

Carrot Top at Luxor
Carrot Top has been performing at the Luxor for 20 years, and his residency shows no signs of slowing down.
His act is fast, chaotic, and packed with props, some of which are so random you can’t help but laugh. Whether he’s riffing on current events or pulling a toaster out of a gym bag, it’s the kind of show that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Carrot Top knows exactly how to read the room, and his mix of physical comedy, sound effects, and one-liners keeps everyone tuned in from start to finish.

Marriage Can Be Murder at The Orleans
Marriage Can Be Murder isn’t a pure comedy show, but if you like your comedy with a side of mystery and a few unexpected twists, Marriage Can Be Murder might be your thing.
Set at The Orleans, it’s an interactive murder mystery dinner show where the audience helps solve the crime, while also trying to figure out who’s part of the cast and who’s just a very enthusiastic tourist.
The humor is light, a little campy, and very Vegas.
You’ll get a three-course meal (yes, this is a dinner show), plenty of laughs, and a chance to participate (or just sit back and enjoy the chaos). It’s been running in Las Vegas for over 20 years, and the formula still works.

Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club at MGM Grand
Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club is what a classic comedy club should feel like. Dark, intimate, and all about the jokes. Located in the MGM Grand, the comedy club keeps things similar to those on our list. You’ll be treated to a rotating lineup of well-known headliners and working comics who know how to hold a room.
In July, Brad himself is set to perform on the 10th, 17th, and 25th, but even when he’s not onstage, the quality stays high.
It’s not a flashy show, but if you’re looking for real stand-up in a proper club setting this is a show you will enjoy.
