I have been to the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens many times. However, for some reason, I have never gone during a Fall season (a seasonal change often found elsewhere in the country but seldom more than two weeks in Las Vegas.) Last Wednesday, I drove to the Botanical Gardens and saw “Autumn Majesty, a Glamourous Harvest”, a display from September 13 to November 8. And I loved it.
I am Midwestern born and bred and I didn’t realize that among Bellagio’s five yearly shows, Autumn Majesty was one of them. I wandered and wandered through the display, each time seeing something new. I saw animals and mushrooms tall plumes, flowers, owls, LOTS of pumpkins amid colors so relaxing I stayed longer than anticipated. I also heard a number of foreign languages being spoken as well.
Autumn Majesty is a great show. Locals can park for free for up to three hours and whole families are invited.
Of course, the Bellagio displays need no publicity. Everyone, it seems, is taking photos of displays, of people next to displays and pf overall settings. I did the same. My photos are below:
