Continuously evolving thanks to customer comments Bar Bohème recently debuted a Bakery “Pop-up,” plans to open from 8:00am until 11:00am on the third Saturday of every month met with such demand that anyone not in line by eight o’clock sharp was left with very limited choices.
A combination of all James Trees’ concepts, Budino and Sourdough from Esther’s Kitchen alongside towering Rainbow Cake reminiscing Al Solito Posto, most choices come from talented Pastry Chef Jake Yergensen including buttery Bostock and Croissants that wouldn’t be out of place on the streets of Paris.
Also bringing back Ada’s Cookies, Biscoff and Raspberry nearly as good as the oldschool Caramel Pretzel from Tivoli Village, additional highlights came from laminated Cheese Danishes with Harry’s Strawberries and a vibrant Calamansi Cruffin.
