LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — An apartment fire in the southwest Las Vegas valley has left one resident displaced Friday night, according to officials.
Around 10:30 p.m., dispatchers received reports of an apartment fire near West Desert Inn Road and South Town Center Drive.
When first responders arrived, they found smoke coming from a two-story multi-family dwelling, Firefighters began working to extinguish the fire.
The Clark County Fire Department reported no injuries to either individuals or firefighters. However, one person was displaced. The fire was determined to be unintentional, with damages estimated between $50,000 and $100,000, according to CCFD.
A total of 54 personnel responded to the incident, including eight engines, three trucks, three rescues, two chief officers, one air resource, and one EMS captain.
