The pool at the Palms has a stacked pool season menu that includes tiki-influenced cocktails, frozen drinks, multihued mojitos, breakfast bloodys and micheladas, beers, and wine, among many others. The food menu does not disappoint, either, featuring dishes such as a carne asada breakfast burrito, chicken tinga nachos, quesadillas, wagyu sliders, and a spicy tuna poke bowl. With myriad daybeds, 39 cabanas, and four poolside bungalows, the options may seem endless for how to enjoy an afternoon in the sun.
Cabanas: Start at $500 (with some free cabana specials for locals, pending availability)
