We are pleased to share the latest improvements and fixes in ch-aviation version 2.30, aimed at enhancing usability and providing a smoother experience for all users.
Business models are now available within the Operator profiles
We have recently introduced Business Models, which classify all active scheduled operators into clearly defined categories using a multi-dimensional framework. This approach takes into account factors such as fleet composition, aircraft configuration, route networks, scheduling patterns, and ownership structures. You can learn more about the different business models we distinguish here.
This feature has now also been integrated into operator profiles wherever the data is available. If no business model is defined for a specific operator, this field will simply not be displayed.

Aircraft details page bug fixes
We’ve fixed the following bugs on the aircraft details page:
- We identified an issue where the current operator name was being displayed in the “Historical Data” section instead of the operator name at the relevant time. This has now been fixed.
- We identified an issue where, in certain cases, the “Flight Hours & Cycles” section displayed “No data available,” even though the data was present and visible under “Historical Data.” This has now been fixed.
