The NoMad Las Vegas will shed its name later this month as MGM Resorts International rebrands the boutique hotel as the Reserve at Park MGM, the company announced this morning.
The 293-room luxury property will transition to its new identity on Dec. 17.
The NoMad Pool will become the Terrace Pool, while the NoMad Library and NoMad Bar will be rebranded as the Library and the Reserve Bar, respectively.
MGM Resorts said in a news release the hotel would maintain the upscale experience that has defined the NoMad brand since it opened in 2018 as a hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Park MGM.
The rebrand represents another step in MGM’s expanding partnership with Marriott International, officials said.
In early 2026, the Reserve is expected to join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection, allowing loyalty program members to book stays and earn points at the property. Once integrated, the Reserve will become the 13th Las Vegas Strip property in the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, joining the likes of Bellagio, ARIA, the Cosmopolitan and Mandalay Bay.
Reservations under the new name will be available through MGM Resorts’ website and app beginning Dec. 17.
