Mint Indian Bistro offers a Paradise location next to the Atomic Testing Museum and a Spring Valley location by Desert Breeze Park. Both locations feature a popular lunch buffet and salad and chaat bar. They also both require a reservation. The dinner menu is stacked with Indian favorites from both north and south India such as samosa chaat, sev puri, mysore dosa, tamarind rice, and lamb lollipops with fenugreek cream sauce. For those that want it hot, peruse the inferno menu, which includes spicy biryani and an inferno curry challenge (that comes with a $50 gift card if completed).
