I came back from a visit last week. Update to what has not been covered.
Some of the lights on the hotel towers are turned on. The light beams are indeed brighter. Even though it is not completed, it just looks so much better than seeing a dark/haunted tower at night. I believe there was a blue or purple color in addition to red.
