During a regular council meeting, the Henderson City Council reviewed a presentation by city staff and consultants from AtkinsRéalis. The study was initially hailed as a good indicator of city management.
“What the stakeholders are saying is, don’t make it ugly. Make it nice,” Jamie Archambeau, an AtkinsRéalis project manager, said. “And you are doing a great job.”
