LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two people suffered “critical injuries” Monday morning in a crash in the southeast valley and closed the intersection of Sahara Avenue and McLeod Drive, police said.
The crash was reported shortly before 1:30 a.m. A driver, who was traveling east on Sahara, failed to stop for a red light at McLeod and crashed into the back two vehicles that were stopped at the intersection, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan police.
Two people in one of those struck vehicles were transported to a hospital with critical injuries.
No other details on the crash were released.
