LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are hoping the public can help identify a woman accused of punching an 8-year-old in the face during a bus ride.
The incident happened on Feb. 15 after the suspect boarded a bus at Lake Mead Boulevard and H Street and sat near the child. Police released video Thursday of the woman as she entered and left the bus.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan police, the woman started using profanity toward the child who was looking at her and then punched that same child in the face causing the child’s mother to get into a physical fight with the suspect.
The unidentified suspect got off the bus at Lake Mead and Lamb boulevards. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, tan boots with white fur, and large hoop earrings.
