LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A local rescue pup is going to take this year’s Puppy Bowl to the Maxx. The pup, named Maxx, is named after the one and only Maxx Crosby of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Maxx is a Doberman Pinscher with three legs and is from the Nevada SPCA in Las Vegas. His Puppy Bowl profile describes him as a free spirit and always ready to catch a ball. Maxx is playing on Team Ruff which is going up against Team Fluff on Sunday.
Maxx is expected to run circles around the competition and help Team Ruff be victorious. The Puppy Bowl airs on Animal Planet, Discovery, Discovery+, MAX, TBS and truTV.
