LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The suspect accused in a home invasion that led to a deadly police shooting was a no-show in court Tuesday morning on a new charge of lewdness.

Alejandra Boudreaux, 31, was scheduled to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom on the lewdness charge but refused to be transported from jail to the courthouse. This is the third time Boudreaux has refused to go to court.

She was forced to appear in court on Monday where she lifted her shirt and exposed a breast in the courtroom. She was escorted from the courtroom and later charged with lewdness in addition to the other charges she already faced in the police shooting that left a homeowner who called 911 dead.

Boudreaux is currently being held on a $1 million bail on charges related to the death of Brandon Durham, 43, who was shot by a police officer on Nov. 11. Las Vegas Metropolitan police responded to Dunham’s home after he called 911 to report a home invasion. LVMPD Officer Alexander Bookman shot and killed Dunham as he struggled with Boudreaux over a knife.

Boudreaux told police she “had a casual sexual relationship” with Durham. Boudreaux is a transgender woman with a criminal history in Florida.
