LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Three years after a deadly bus stop shooting in the east Las Vegas valley, police have arrested three men.

Las Vegas Metro police identified the suspects in the case as Devante Reynolds, 32; Alexander Hinton, 26; and Tajon Walker, 23. The three men were arrested on Feb. 20 and face charges of open murder with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit murder, police said.

The shooting took place on Nov. 18, 2021, shortly before 3 a.m. after police received a report that a man had been shot near a casino in the 5000 block of Boulder Highway.

During the investigation, police said they learned that the man who had been shot was sitting at a bus stop across the street when two men approached him. One of the men got into a verbal fight with the man sitting at the bus stop and then pulled out a gun and shot him, according to police.

The two suspects then left the area and the man who was shot ran to Sam’s Town Hotel for help and collapsed. He was then taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

During the announcement of the arrests, police did not identify the man who was shot and killed.
