LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are looking for the suspect/s in a shooting that claimed the life of a man Thursday night.
The shooting was reported shortly before 10:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Alwill Street, near North Rancho and Vegas drives. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan police, the shooting victim approached two people he did not recognize. There was a fight and one of the two people pulled out a handgun and shot the victim.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his stomach and was taken to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. His identity will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s office.
