LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Metro police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another critically injured.
Las Vegas Metropolitan police said the shooting was reported on Monday, Dec. 23 around 3 p.m. in the 900 block of West Owens Avenue, east of MLK Boulevard.
According to police, when officers arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a business. He was taken to University Medical Center and later pronounced dead.
Another man suffering from a gunshot wound was found in the business’s parking lot. He is hospitalized in critical condition, police said.
